When a group of teenagers decide to skip school and steal a boat, they thought they would be heading out to a small island just off the mainland to drink some beers and smoke some cigarettes, they thought they were in for a good time.

When they reach the island, the group encounter something they had not prepared for: the island already had tenants. Tenants that had been there for a long time. A very long time, and they are not keen on sharing their island.
